On the login page, click “Forgot password” and enter your email address. You’ll receive a reset link shortly. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or email us at team@notesify.app.
Limits reset at midnight based on your account’s local date. If you’re still seeing a stale count, try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, email us with your account email and we’ll sort it out.
This is rare but can happen if the payment verification step times out. Email team@notesify.app with your Razorpay payment ID and account email and we’ll manually activate your plan right away.
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Email us within 7 days of your purchase at team@notesify.app with your order details and we’ll do our best to help.
Email team@notesify.app with “Cancel subscription” in the subject line. Include the email on your account and we’ll process the cancellation and confirm within 24 hours.
